Who is actually
behind the webinars?
A team that has spent years working inside quality and process management — not studying it from the outside.
A platform built from practical experience
Ikontapware started as a small consulting practice focused on ISO standards and internal audit preparation. The webinar format emerged because clients in smaller Estonian cities needed access to the same knowledge without travelling to Tallinn for every session.
The topics we cover — process mapping, audit readiness, document control, risk-based thinking — are drawn from real projects, not textbooks. Each session is prepared by someone who has worked through the same problems with real organisations.

The approach behind every session
Each webinar follows a structure that moves from context to application. We spend time on why a particular requirement exists before explaining how to meet it — because understanding the intent makes implementation far more durable.
-
Focused scope
Each session addresses one specific area — no sprawling agendas that dilute attention.
-
Live Q&A built in
Questions are answered during the session, not deferred to a follow-up email thread.
-
Materials included
Templates, checklists, and reference documents accompany each topic — ready to use, not just to read.
-
Updated annually
Content reflects current standard revisions and regulatory changes, not last decade's interpretation.
The people who prepare and present
Our presenters have backgrounds in auditing, quality engineering, and management systems consulting. They are not academics — they have worked inside organisations navigating the same certification processes your team faces.

Sessions are also open for questions before they begin — participants can submit topics in advance through the registration form so the presenter can address specific scenarios relevant to their industry.
