You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems.

4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Service require you to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately at help@ikontapware.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited license described herein.
5.2 Limited License

6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for completed sessions or downloaded materials are non-refundable. 6.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed. Advance notice of significant pricing changes will be provided where reasonably practicable.
7. Privacy
